Le présent marché porte sur des prestations relatives à la maintenance préventive et curative des immeubles de la Communauté de Communes Loire Layon Aubance (CCLLA). Le marché porte également sur le management et le suivi des prestations de maintenance, sur la mise à disposition de la CCLLA, pour l’ensemble des opérations de maintenance, en consultation, d’un outil de Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (G.M.A.O.), sur la réalisation de bilans périodiques, sur une base annuelle et enfin sur la participation à des réunions annuelles de suivi du contrat.
