Marché d'exploitation des 4 quais de transfert déchets du SIDEVAM976 incluant la gestion et entretien des installations de transfert et le transport des déchets vers leurs exutoires. Ce marché n'est pas alloti. Le présent marché se décompose en : - Une partie ordinaire, relative aux prestations régulières, à prix mixtes, pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire visé dans la DPGF et, pour une autre partie, par application de prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées visés dans le BPU. Ces prestations à prix unitaires ne nécessitent pas l'émission de bons de commandes - Une partie relative à des prestations occasionnelles traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, sans montant minimum et pour un montant maximum de 1,2 Million EUR HT sur la durée du marché, aux quantités commandées et réellement exécutées dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
