Le titulaire s'engage, pour le compte du SIVOM à : - réceptionner les livraisons de déchets verts effectués par le SIVOM et ses communes-membres, - valoriser par compostage l'ensemble des flux de déchets verts livré, - fournir du substrat de broyat de bois frais dilacéré pour les besoins du compostage individuel ou collectif (compostage partagé en pied d'immeuble), - céder à un prix privilégié le compost criblé obtenu, soit en vrac, soit conditionné en sac, au SIVOM et à ses communes-membres.
