Le présent accord cadre a pour objet de définir les conditions dans lesquelles la CA d'Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette confie au titulaire les prestations régulières et occasionnelles à réaliser sur le périmètre de la commune des Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer : - De gestion de la déchèterie (haut de quai, mise à disposition de caissons, compactage des déchets …). - De transport des caissons de la déchèterie vers les exutoires de valorisation. - De maintenance et d'entretien de la déchèterie - Du maintien des abords du site propre même en cas de dépôts sauvages et d'actes d'incivilité. La description des prestations, leurs spécifications techniques ainsi que la fourniture des documents demandés sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de deux (2) ans. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/12/2026 (ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure) pour une durée de 24 mois. Le présent accord-cadre comprend deux reconductions tacites d'une durée de 12 mois chacune. Montant de l'accord-cadre : Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre est fixé comme suit : - Période initiale (2 ans) : 800 000 euro(s) HT soit 844 000 euro(s) TTC, - Chaque Période de reconduction (1 an) : 400 000 euro(s) HT soit 422 000 euro(s) TTC Le montant maximum sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, en cas de reconduction, est fixé à 1 600 000 euro(s) HT, soit 1 688 000 euro(s) TTC
