SYTRAL Mobilités, souhaite conclure un contrat pour confier à un opérateur économique l'exécution du service public de transport urbain de voyageurs TCL sur le ressort territorial de la Communauté d'agglomération Villefranche Beaujolais Saône soit 18 communes. Le périmètre du service couvre l'ensemble des missions d'exploitation et de maintenance des équipements nécessaires à un service public de transport urbain de voyageur : 6 lignes régulières de bus (970 000 km totaux/an) , 18 lignes scolaires (235 000 km totaux /an) , 5 services de transport à la demande (230 000 km totaux / an). L'ensemble de ces services représente environ 5 400 000 voyages annuels et mobilise un effectif d'environ 80 ETP. Des missions annexes pourront également être commandées par ordre de service. L'exécution de services de transport pour personnes à mobilités réduites pourra également être prescrite
