L'objet du présent accord-cadre est la fourniture, la livraison et la gestion de titres-restaurant dématérialisés au bénéfice des agents du Syndicat de l'Orge. Les titres-restaurant sont des titres spéciaux de paiement remis par l'employeur à ses agents pour leur permettre de régler, en tout ou partie, le prix du repas consommé au restaurant ou acheté auprès d'un détaillant en fruits et légumes, dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 3262-1 et suivants du Code du travail. Dans le cadre du présent marché, les titres-restaurant sont exclusivement dématérialisés et chargés sur support électronique (carte de paiement dédiée et/ou application mobile).
