La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution par la Métropole Nice Cote d'Azur, d'un contrat de concession sous forme de délégation de service public, portant sur la réhabilitation et l'exploitation du port de Cap d'Ail. Le contrat aura pour objet de confier au concessionnaire l'exploitation et la gestion du service public portuaire du port de Cap d'Ail, à ses risques et périls. Il comprend également la conception, la réalisation et le financement des travaux de réhabilitation du port selon le programme contenu dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises.
Lots Lot 1 — Concession de service public portant sur la réhabilitation et l'exploitation du port de Cap d'Ail (estimated 170000000): La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution par la Métropole Nice Cote d'Azur, d'un contrat de concession sous forme de délégation de service public, portant sur la réhabilitation et l'exploitation du port de Cap d'Ail. Le contrat aura pour objet de confier au concessionnaire l'exploitation et la gestion du service public portuaire du port de Cap d'Ail, à ses risques et périls. Il comprend également la conception, la réalisation et le financement des travaux de réhabilitation du port selon le programme contenu dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises. Le coût global de l'investissement pour la réalisation du projet a été estimé à environ 35 millions d'euros (euros constants).
