Le contrat aura pour objet de confier au concessionnaire l'exploitation et la gestion du service public portuaire du port de Cap d'Ail, à ses risques et périls. Il comprend également la conception, la réalisation et le financement des travaux de réhabilitation du port selon le programme contenu dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises.
