ACHAT ET MAINTENANCE D'OUTILS D'IMPRESSION (MULTIFONCTIONS & IMPRIMANTES)
Le marché a pour objet l'achat et la maintenance d'outils d'impression. Le marché fait l'objet d'un groupement de commande entre la Ville et son CCAS. La Ville est coordinatrice du groupement. Les prestations font l'objet d'une présentation détaillée au sein du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et de ses annexes. Durée du marché : 4 ans ferme pour l'acquisition à compter de la notification et 5 ans de maintenance à compter de la date de mise en service des équipements (durée d'amortissement). Tranche optionnelle : sans objet Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert. Le marché est un accord cadre mono-attributaire, conclu sans minimum et avec maximum, exécuté à bons de commande. Le montant maximum sur la durée du marché (5 ans pour la maintenance) est de : - 160 000 euro(s) HT pour la partie acquisition - 60 000 euro(s) HT par an pour la partie maintenance annuelle. Le montant estimatif global de l'opération est de : - 110 000 euros HT pour l'acquisition du matériel - 25 000 euros HT pour la maintenance annuelle La Ville de Caluire et Cuire et son CCAS disposent actuellement d'un parc homogène de 92 points d'impression environ. En moyenne 2 600 000 à 2 800 000 pages sont imprimées par an
