L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les besoins en pièces pour la maintenance du matériel roulant ferroviaire et les prestations de réparation des équipements du Tramway CITADIS, sont répartis dans 3 lots : Lot 1: Fourniture de pièces détachées pour la maintenance du matériel roulant ferroviaire Lot 2: Prestations de réparation d'équipements des rames du Tramway CITADIS Lot 3: Prestations de rénovations et réparations des équipements du système de freinage du Tramway CITADIS de marque FAIVELEY (Centrales hydrauliques + étriers de frein + Tiroir électronique de freinage) Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le lot 1 est multi attributaire (sans limitation du nombre d'attributaires). Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Chaque lot est conclu pour une période initiale de 3 ans à compter du 15/02/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Chaque lot pourra etre reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale des contrats, toutes périodes confondues, est de 5 ans. Le montant maximum de la période initiale est de 2 286 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1, 987 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot2, 1 053 000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 3. Le montant maximum pour chaque période de reconduction est de : 762 000 euro(s) H.T. pour le lot 1 ; 329 000 euro(s) H.T. pour le lot 2 ; 351 000 euro(s) H.T. pour le lot 3
