Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et livraison de produits de peinture, revêtement de sol, petit outillage divers, matériel et consommables de chantier et dispositifs de PMR pour les collèges et bâtiments départementaux. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes mono attributaire avec un maximum fixé en valeur par an et par lot à 70 000 euro(s) HT. Il sera conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de sa notification tacitement reconductible 3 fois. Le délai maximal de livraison est fixé à 5 jours ouvrés à compter de la notification du bon de commande. Pour les commandes urgentes signalées comme telles par l'acheteur, le délai pourra être ramené à 48 heures
