La consultation est instruite sous forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert, selon les articles R2121-1 à R2121-9, R2124-2, R2131-16, R2161-2 à R2161-5 et R2162-1 à R2162-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il est conclu pour une première période d'un an à partir du 01/01/2027 jusqu'au 31/12/2027, renouvelable annuellement 3 fois par reconduction tacite et ne pourra excéder la date du 31/12/2030. Les montants maximums annuels sont définis par lot. Le contenu détaillé des prestations est défini dans les Cahiers des Clauses Particulières (CCTP) et leurs annexes et dans l'annexe n°1 à l'Acte d'Engagement afférente à chaque lot.
