L'objet de l'accord-cadre comprend les prestations ci-dessous désignées : - La fourniture d'électricité pour l'ensemble des points de livraison (PDL) appartenant ou gérés par les membres du groupement de commandes, - La fourniture de gaz naturel pour l'ensemble des points de comptage et d'estimation (PCE) appartenant ou gérés par les membres du groupement de commandes - L'accès au réseau public de distribution d'électricité (ENEDIS ou ELD) et son utilisation pour les points de livraison du groupement de commandes dans le cadre d'un contrat unique, - L'accès au réseau public de distribution de gaz naturel (GRDF) et son utilisation pour les points de comptage et d'estimation du groupement de commandes, - La mission de responsable d'équilibre incluse dans le prix de la fourniture en énergie électrique, conformément à l'article L.321-15 du Code de l'énergie, - La couverture des obligations associées aux garanties de capacité pour les fournisseurs d'électricité, - La couverture des obligations associées aux stockages pour les fournisseurs de gaz naturel, - Les services associés à la fourniture d'électricité et de gaz naturel
