Le présent appel d’offres inclut les prestations ci-dessous pour des sites de consommation des segments T2 à T3 : - la fourniture de gaz naturel et des prestations afférentes ; - l’accès au réseau public de distribution et son utilisation dans le cadre d’un contrat unique et toutes prestations associées La présente consultation comporte une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle (PSE) à caractère facultatif. Celle-ci porte sur la fourniture d’un gaz d’origine renouvelable. En application de l’article L 2112-5 du Code de la Commande Publique, le marché sera conclu pour une période de trois (03) ans fermes à compter du 1er janvier 2027.
