Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes et conditions pour la fourniture et l'acheminement en gaz naturel alimentant les points de livraison des divers sites du Groupement de commandes et la fourniture de services associés. Il se présente sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents. Il s'exécute dans le cadre d'un Groupement de commandes selon la convention cadre du 6 mars 2025 et son annexe 1 du 28 mai 2026 et conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les Offices Publics de l'Habitat, propriétaires d'ensembles immobiliers nommés dans le CCP du présent marché. Le coordonnateur du Groupement de commandes est TARN HABITAT, en charge de la passation, de la signature et de la notification de l'accord-cadre et de ses marchés subséquents. Chaque membre devra suivre l'exécution des marchés subséquents pour ce qui le concerne
