Le projet comprend la réalisation d'un immeuble d'habitation collectif de type R+2, implanté sur un terrain en secteur résidentiel. L'opération comporte notamment : - 12 logements collectifs sociaux ; - un local vélos en rez-de-chaussée ; - 22 places de stationnement extérieures ; - les aménagements extérieurs et espaces verts associés ; - les voiries et réseaux divers nécessaires à l'opération. L'opération est conçue pour répondre aux exigences de la RE2020 niveau 2025. Le projet vise également la certification NF Habitat. Les travaux sont divisés en 19 lots.
