Afin d'assurer la livraison de denrées alimentaires et de repas cuisinés depuis sa cuisine centrale jusqu'à différents sites situés sur la commune, la Ville de Franconville-la-Garenne lance un marché portant sur la location et la maintenance de trois véhicules frigorifiques pour la restauration municipale. Le marché a pour objet la location sans chauffeur de 3 véhicules frigorifiques d'occasion avec 30 000 km au compteur au plus ou neufs. Les prestations comprennent l'assurance tous risques 7/7 jours - 24h/24h, les contrôles obligatoires et les entretiens périodiques, la maintenance et l'assistance, le remplacement du véhicule le cas échéant, avec un forfait mensuel de 1200 kilomètres pour chaque véhicule, la maintenance et l'assistance des caisses frigorifiques. Les véhicules seront conformes à la règlementation en vigueur au jour de la livraison et répondront aux normes françaises et européennes
