Le présent marché comporte les options facultatives suivantes : - Option n°1 : Fourniture d’un réducteur de volume de l’enceinte de fabrication (§7.33 du cahier des charges), - Option n°2 : Fourniture d’une brosse métallique comme dispositif d’étalement (§ 7.3.4 du cahier des charges), - Option n°3 : Fourniture d’un système d’ajustement de la forme du spot laser (beam shaping) (§7.3.5 du cahier des charges), - Option n°4 : La fourniture et l’intégration d’une caméra thermique (§7.3.7 du cahier des charges), - Option n°5 : Le prix du transport, assurance comprise, selon les conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Convention Incoterms ICC 2020).
