TYPE ET FORME DE CONTRATS: Chaque lot sera conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre avec maximum, en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Chaque lot sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. DUREE DU CONTRAT : Chaque lot sera conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an, du 1er janvier(ou si sa notification intervient postérieurement à cette date, à compter de sa notification) 2027 au 31 décembre 2027 inclus. Chaque lot pourra être reconduit tacitement 2 fois, à chaque échéance annuelle. Chaque période de reconduction sera de 1 an. La durée maximum de chaque lot pourra donc être de 3 ans, toutes reconductions comprises.
