Le présent marché porte sur l'acquisition, la pose et la dépose d'illuminations de fin d'année. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - lot n°1 : Acquisitions des illuminations de fin d'année, - lot n°2 : Pose, maintenance et dépose d'illuminations de fin d'année. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu à prix unitaires et attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots.

Lots Lot 1 — Acquisitions des illuminations de fin d'année: Les prestations seront rémunérées sur la base des prix publics fixés dans le(s) catalogue(s) du/des fournisseur(s), au(x)quel(s) sera appliqué la remise définie à l'Acte d'engagement. Lot 2 — Pose, maintenance et dépose d'illuminations de fin d'année: Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) et susceptibles de varier dans les limites fixées dans l'Acte d'engagement.
