Lots Lot 1 — FOURNITURE D’UN SYSTEME DE LITHOGRAPHIE ELECTRONIQUE: Les prestations de la présente consultation comprennent : -La fourniture de l’Equipement incluant les contrôles et tests en usine, -L’emballage et la livraison dans les locaux du CEA, -L’installation et la mise en service de l’Equipement dans les locaux du CEA, - Les contrôles et essais sur site, -La fourniture de tous les documents nécessaires à l’exploitation, la maintenance et l’entretien de l’Equipement, -Les formations à l’utilisation de l’Equipement, -La garantie de l’Equipement (y compris la fourniture et le remplacement si nécessaire du filament et une visite de maintenance préventive) pour une durée d’un an à compter de la réception, -La maintenance de l’Equipement pour une durée de 3 ans à compter de la fin de la période de garantie, comportant une visite de maintenance préventive annuelle, les mises à jour du logiciel de pilotage de l’Equipement, une assistance téléphonique et la fourniture et le remplacement si nécessaire du filament. Les options sont les suivantes : -Option 1 : fourniture du logiciel de correction des effets de proximité et de préparation avancée des motifs -Option 2 : fourniture et installation d’un dispositif de régulation thermique o2.a : garantie d’1 an du dispositif de régulation thermique o2.b : maintenance de 3 ans du dispositif de régulation thermique (telle que définie en tranche ferme) o2.c : maintenance de 3 ans du dispositif de régulation thermique (telle que définie en option 3) -Option 3 : prestations de maintenance corrective illimitée pour une durée de 3 ans à compter de la fin de la période de garantie
