La présente consultation a pour objet la conception-réalisation d'une Plateforme Offshore Multi-Usages [POMU] flottante pour le site d'essais en mer SEM-REV, pour le compte de la Fondation OPEN-C. Le marché est découpé comme suit : Une Tranche Ferme [TF], portant sur la conception de la POMU ; Une Tranche Optionnelle [TO] unique, portant sur la réalisation de la POMU, incluant notamment : Les études d'exécution ; L'approvisionnement des matériaux et équipements ; La construction d'une unité neuve ou la conversion d'une unité existante ; L'armement de la plateforme ; Le stockage temporaire bord à quai de la plateforme ; Le transport de la plateforme vers le site d'essais SEM-REV ; L'installation de la plateforme, incluant son ancrage et son raccordement au réseau électro-optique SEM-REV ; La mise en service de la plateforme. Une Partie à Bons de Commande portant sur l'extension du stockage temporaire bord à quai, limitée à des prestations ponctuelles complémentaires ; Une Prestation Supplémentaire Eventuelle [PSE] facultative, portant sur la fourniture et la mise en oeuvre d'un observatoire de fond de mer raccordé.
