Le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place d'un contrat d'entretien et de maintenance des ascenseurs, et un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la réalisation de travaux et services associés, concernant des ensembles immobiliers de CDC HABITAT situés à Paris (75). A titre indicatif, le parc immobilier concerné par le présent marché comprend 228 ascenseurs à date. Le présent marché est un marché composite comportant : -une partie forfaitaire correspondant aux prestations d'entretien, exécutée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire et rémunérée par un prix global et forfaitaire ; -une partie à bons de commande correspondant à des prestations ponctuelles, exécutée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre au sens de l'article L. 2125-1 du Code de la commande publique.
