Le présent marché a pour objet la pose, dépose, maintenance et stockage des décors de Noël pour la Ville de Levallois. Il est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par le terme « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de services, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Le marche sera attribué à un titulaire pour une durée maximale de trois années, reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre maximal de participants n'est pas limité. La valeur totale maximum du marché est fixée à 2 400 000 euro(s) HTVA, compte tenu de sa durée et des éventuelles reconductions
