L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Il s'agit de travaux de création, de renouvellement et d'entretien de l'installation d'éclairage public et de signalisation lumineuse du port de Gennevilliers, constituée d'environ 1000 foyers lumineux et d'un carrefour équipé d'une signalisation lumineuse. L'installation comporte principalement : - des candélabres droits de 3,50 à 20 mètres en aluminium ou en acier galvanisé - des lanternes fermées, équipées de lampes au sodium haute pression ou leds - des platines en pied de candélabre avec système de réduction de puissance - un carrefour équipé d'une signalisation lumineuse
