Les travaux et prestations se décomposent en deux parties : Chapitre A - Surveillance, entretien, mise en sécurité et suivi des installations d'éclairage communal. Chapitre B - Installation, réparation, mise en conformité, modernisation de l'éclairage communal et décorations. Le descriptif des prestations et travaux à exécuter est indiqué dans le CCTP. Ce marché est passé en Procédure Adaptée en application des articles L2123-1 et R2123-1-1° du Code de la Commande Publique. La consultation donne lieu à un marché passé en accord cadre à bons de commandes monoattributaire dont le montant est susceptible de varier dans les proportions suivantes : Minimum annuel : 100 000 EUR HT Maximum annuel : 750 000 EUR HT
