Le présent accord-cadre est issu de la relance de la précédente consultation, déclarée sans suite. La présente consultation a pour objet une mission de coordination sécurité et protection de la santé pour les travaux (télécommunication et énergies) du SICTIAM et de ses adhérents et structures conventionnées. Les prestations portent sur des opérations de 2ème et 3ème catégories à réaliser dans le cadre de chantiers relatifs au déploiement de fibre optique, VRD, bâtiments, sites de téléphone mobiles, extension, renforcement et sécurisation du réseau public d'électricité basse tension, déploiement de solutions d'énergies renouvelables, modernisation et maintenance du réseau d'éclairage public sur l'ensemble du Département des Alpes-Maritimes. Les prestations attendues et le périmètre du marché sont décrits dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
Lots Lot 1 — RELANCE DE L’ACCORD-CADRE RELATIF A LA MISSION DE COORDINATION SÉCURITÉ ET PRO-TECTION DE LA SANTÉ POUR LES TRAVAUX (TÉLÉCOMMUNICATION ET ENERGIES) DU SICTIAM ET DE SES ADHÉRENTS (estimated 1700000): La description détaillée des spécifications techniques est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire s’exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande, par application des prix définis dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) du titulaire. Les modalités détaillées de l'accord-cadre sont précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP). Le montant maximum des commandes pour la durée totale d’exécution de l’accord-cadre, reconduc-tions comprises, est de 1 700 000 euros hors taxes.
