La présente consultation porte sur les Tavaux de réhabilitation du collecteur d'assainissement unitaire 200/105 et des branchements associés du Parc de Sceaux entre la rue Paul Couderc (R1) et la Perspective Hanovre Grenouillère (R21). Ces travaux consistent en : - La réhabilitation du collecteur afin de restaurer son intégrité structurelle et son étanchéité (voûte, piédroits et radier) ; - La réhabilitation des branchements visitables et non visitables afin d'améliorer l'accessibilité des ouvrages et l'exploitation des branchements ; - Travaux d'injections de collage; - La réhabilitation des regards et équipements de descente afin de mettre en conformité ces derniers et améliorer l'exploitation. Les travaux seront allotis de la manière suivante : - Lot 1 génie civil : travaux de réhabilitation du collecteur visitable et de ses ouvrages annexes (regards et BP) - Lot 2 injections : travaux d'injections de collage Le contrat est conclu pour une durée prévisionnelle de 33 mois pour le lot n°1 et de 23 mois pour le lot n°2, correspondants aux délais de préparation de chantier, aux délais d'exécution des travaux augmentés du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement. les présents marchés sont passés sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire pour le lot n°1 et d'un marché composite pour le lot n°2 avec une partie ordinaire à prix unitaires et une partie à bons de commande dans les limites financières suivantes : Montant minimum; sans, Montant maximum : 600 000 euro(s) HT
