Le présent accord-cadre concerne des prestations de topographie et de détection et géolocalisation des réseaux enterrés (lot 1), de géomètre expert (lot 2) dans le périmètre de la Communauté d'Agglomération Melun Val de Seine (CAMVS). L'accord-cadre concerne des prestations de levés topographiques dans les domaines de compétences de l'Agglomération tels que l'assainissement, l'eau potable, les voiries des zones d'activités, les liaisons douces ou encore le patrimoine bâti (extérieur et intérieur). Il concerne aussi l'établissement de plans de bornage parcellaire, d'allotissement de parcelles, mais également la détection et la géolocalisation des réseaux enterrés ou aériens. Ces prestations topographiques seront également le support à la mise à jour régulière du SIG de la CAMVS. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R 2124-1, 2124-2, 2161-1 à 2161-5, 2162-1 à 2162-6, 2162-12 à 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire conformément aux articles R2162-2, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les bons de commande issus du présent accord-cadre seront attribués dans les conditions définies au CCAP. Les missions seront réalisées pour le compte de la CAMVS. Chaque mission sera suivie par la Direction ou le Service concerné de la CAMVS ou le maître d'oeuvre le cas échéant. Le présent accord cadre est conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel comme suit : Lots Montant maximum annuel Lot 1 : Prestations topographiques et de détection et géolocalisation des réseaux enterrés 500 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : Prestations de relevé foncier 100 000 euro(s) HT Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
