L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburants destinés à l'alimentation du parc automobile et des équipements motorisés de la Ville de Grenoble et de son CCAS. Le marché actuellement en vigueur arrivant à échéance, il convient d'assurer la continuité de l'approvisionnement en carburant nécessaire au fonctionnement des services municipaux par la mise en place d'un nouvel accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents. Afin de répondre aux différents besoins de la collectivité, l'accord-cadre est décomposé en trois lots : Lot n°1 : Fourniture de gazole non routier ; Lot n°2 : Fourniture de supercarburant sans plomb 95 ; Lot n°3 : Fourniture de gasoil
