Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de diagnostics de vulnérabilité aux inondations aux propriétaires ou utilisateurs de biens situés en zone inondable, dans le cadre du PEP Roanne et Forez. Ces diagnostics visent à évaluer la vulnérabilité des biens exposés au risque d'inondation et à formuler des recommandations, tant structurelles qu'organisationnelles, permettant de réduire les dommages potentiels pour les biens et leurs occupants.

Lots Lot 1 — Lot 1 : Réalisation de diagnostics de réduction de la vulnérabilité aux inondations des habitations: Le présent lot a pour objet le développement d'un dispositif visant à proposer des diagnostics de vulnérabilité des habitations situées en zone inondable, dans le cadre du PEP Roanne et Forez. Lot 2 — Lot 2 : Réalisation de diagnostics de réduction de la vulnérabilité aux inondations des bâtiments publics: Le présent lot a pour objet le développement d'un dispositif visant à proposer des diagnostics de vulnérabilité des bâtiments publics situés en zone inondable, dans le cadre du PEP Roanne et Forez. Lot 3 — Lot 3 : Réalisation de diagnostics de réduction de la vulnérabilité aux inondations des infrastructures d'alimentation en eau potable et d'assainissement: Le présent lot a pour objet le développement d'un dispositif visant à proposer des diagnostics de vulnérabilité des infrastructures d'alimentation en eau potable et d'assainissement en zone inondable, dans le cadre du PEP Roanne et Forez.
