Les spécifications techniques et les modalités d'exécution de la mission de diagnostic structurel portent sur la charpente et l'ossature de 514 logements individuels issus du programme « VIVADES » (période de construction 2000-2005), répartis sur le patrimoine de Pas-de-Calais Habitat. À la suite de désordres constatés et d'expertises préliminaires, une vulnérabilité structurelle a été identifiée sur certains pavillons à ossature métallique légère et charpente bois. Les désordres observés comprennent des déformations de charpente, des risques de flambement/déversement d'éléments d'ossature, ainsi que d'éventuelles altérations consécutives à des interventions ultérieures (notamment découpes de sections lors de travaux d'isolation par insufflation).
