Prestations d'ingénierie dans le domaine de l'assistance au montage et à la gestion des projets européens pour l'ensemble des centres CEA et le cas échéant, les annexes rattachées, les unités mixtes de recherche (UMR) dont le CEA est tutelle, et toute autre entité dont le CEA est partenaire. Le présent accord-cadre s'exécute sur la base de l'émission de marchés subséquents d'un montant maximum de trois cent mille euros (300 000 EUR HT), conclus après remise en concurrence des titulaires de l'accord-cadre. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu sans engagement minimum financier et ne comporte donc aucun engagement de volume de prestations à réaliser. Le montant plafond de l'accord-cadre est fixé à la somme de 2 200 000 euros hors taxes sur 4 ans.
Lots Lot 1 — PRESTATIONS D'INGENIERIE DANS LE DOMAINE DE L'ASSISTANCE AU MONTAGE ET A LA GESTION DE PROJETS EUROPEENS: Les prestations concernent deux types de missions : Mission 1 : Assistance au montage de projets européens - Mission 1A : Cadrage, feuille de route et structuration du consortium; - Mission 1B : Rédaction et finalisation de la proposition (partie B); - Mission 1C : Complétion des formulaires administratifs (partie A) et élaboration du budget - Mission 1D : Préparation du contrat; - Mission 1E : Assistance dans la mobilisation de cofinancements; - Mission 1 F : Facturation des partenaires; Mission 2 : Assistance à la gestion de projets européens - Mission 2A : Organisation des réunions et soutien à la gouvernance; - Mission 2B : Suivi technique, financier et juridique; - Mission 2C : Mise en œuvre de la communication et de l'organisation événementielle; - Mission 2D : Elaboration des rapports périodiques et finaux.
