Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les objectifs du marché sont les suivants : - Sécuriser l'alimentation Haute Tension du campus d'Orsay-Bures-Gif de l'Université Paris-Saclay ; - Basculer l'alimentation générale du site en 20 000 V et adapter les installations en conséquence ; - Optimiser l'infrastructure Haute Tension de façon à trouver le meilleur compromis entre sécurisation de l'alimentation électrique et réduction des coûts d'exploitation maintenance associés. A ce titre, le titulaire devra : - Assurer la maîtrise d'oeuvre du remplacement et du dévoiement de la distribution Haute Tension du site ; - Echanger avec Enedis pour étudier les possibilités d'alimentation directe au réseau et les possibilités de passage de l'alimentation générale en 20 000 V
