Accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la fourniture de matériels électriques câbles et accessoires L'accord-cadre est passé sans minimum et avec maximum en vertu des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Lot n° 1 : 280 000 € T.T.C. Lot n° 2 :150 000 € T.T.C. Lot n° 3 :200 000 € T.T.C. Lot n° 4 :120 000 € T.T.C. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/01/2027 jusqu'au 31/12/2030. La période initiale est d’une durée d'un an du 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2027, et, reconduit tacitement 3 fois pour une même période d'un an (2028-2029-2030). Les délais d'exécution ou de livraison des prestations sont fixés à chaque bon de commande conformément aux stipulations des pièces de l'accord-cadre. Les prestations sont alloties.
