La présente consultation porte sur un accord cadre décomposé en 2 lots désignés ci après : -Lot n°1 : Fourniture massive d'ordinateurs neufs et reconditionnés -Lot n°2 : Fourniture de petits matériels informatiques, consommables et logiciels bureautiques. Pour le lot n°1, le montant de l'accord-cadre est de 250 000€ HT sur la durée du marché. Pour le lot n°2, le montant de l'accord-cadre est de 700 000€ HT sur la durée du marché. Pour chacun des lots de l'accord cadre, un maximum de 3 titulaires (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) sera retenu au terme de procédure. Pour le lot n°1, les sociétés retenues seront remises en concurrence par marché subséquent. Pour le lot n°2, les sociétés retenues seront remises en concurrence par comparaison de devis à chaque de bon de commande. Ainsi, l'accord-cadre donnera lieu à : • des marchés subséquents répondant aux besoins de la Ville, pour le lot 1, • des bons de commande ponctuels, pour le lot 2.
