Le syndicat d'études souhaite se doter d'un modèle multimodal de déplacements couvrant son territoire. Cet outil constituera un instrument d'aide technique à la décision en matière de politiques publiques de mobilités et de choix d'aménagements. Le territoire est concerné par plusieurs projets structurants majeurs (nouvelle gare LGV, centre hospitalier, boulevard urbain ouest, aménagements d'échangeurs, déviations, rétablissements routiers, SERM de Toulouse). L'outil permettra de simuler l'impact de ces projets sur les déplacements, d'en dimensionner les effets et de mettre en cohérence les différents projets d'infrastructures et de services de mobilité. L'accord cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et comporte un montant maximum fixé à 400 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée du marché
