Details
Le projet comprend la réalisation des travaux Tous Corps d'Etat concernant notamment la construction des bâtiments et les aménagements extérieurs. Il prévoit la construction de 123 logements collectifs répartis sur six bâtiments organisés autour d'un vaste espace paysager partagé. Délai global de réalisation : 24 mois (dont 2 mois de période de préparation). La date de démarrage des travaux est prévue pour le premier trimestre 2027. La présente opération est décomposée en 19 lots et contient de l'insertion sociale. La consultation comporte deux procédures différentes : - Pour les lots 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 et 19 : Appel d'offres ouvert (Article R.2124-2 1° du Code de la commande publique). - Pour les lots 1, 4, 7, 9, 12 et 17 : Procédure adaptée ouverte (Article R.2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique)
