L’accord-cadre a pour objet l’exploitation et la maintenance des équipements de génie climatique de l’Assemblée nationale. Ce marché public impose au titulaire une exigence de disponibilité maximale et des obligations de résultat pour des prestations visant les fournitures, la conduite, l’entretien et la garantie totale des installations de chauffage, d’eau chaude sanitaire (ECS), frigorifiques, de traitement de l’air et connexes listées en annexe 4 du cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Les dispositions de ce dernier décrivent les modalités d’exécution des prestations.
