Lot 01 : centres aquatiques Lot 02 : bâtiments petite enfance Lot 03 : bâtiments administratifs et techniques Durée du marché : 25 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027, jusqu'au 31 janvier 2029. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaires et unitaires. Une visite sur site est OBLIGATOIRE, la liste mentionnant les lieux de visite, dates et horaires est annexée au DCE. Cet accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commandes pour les prestations prévues dans le bordereau des prix, ainsi que par la conclusion de marchés subséquents à bons de commandes pour les prestations non prévues au bordereau des prix ou dans le cas de zones supplémentaires ajoutées au cours de l'exécution de l'accord-cadre (VOIR CCAP). Le candidat devra remettre obligatoirement un certificat individuel pour l'activité "utilisateur professionnel et distribution de certains types de produits biocides destinés exclusivement aux professionnels"
