La présente consultation a pour objet de déléguer à des Sous-concessionnaires, via des sous-concessions de service public, la gestion et l'exploitation de 5 lots de plages, situés sur la plage de Blonville-sur-Mer. Ces sous-concessions de service public sont d'une durée de 5 ans.
