La présente consultation a pour objet la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de 120 logements locatifs en habitation collective à la résidence « LE VALLON » sur la commune de Sète (34 200). Plusieurs entrées permettent l'accès aux logements. Elles sont situées : rue de la Pérouse, rue Robespierre et rue de l'Astrolabe. La résidence est composée de 4 bâtiments construits dans les années 1960, et se trouve en milieu urbain principalement composé d'habitations privatives, de commerces et d'un centre d'enseignement type lycée. Bâtiment A 30 logements Bâtiment B 30 logements Bâtiment C 30 logements Bâtiment D 30 logements Les bâtiments sont sur les parcelles cadastrées de référence AY 187, 188, 226, 196, 223, 224. Les logements sont composés de différentes typologies du T1 au T5. Les bâtiments sont composés de plusieurs étages et de parties communes type paliers, caves, comble. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre attribuée à l'issue de la procédure porte sur une opération de réhabilitation de bâtiment. Elle comprend les études d'avant-projet sommaire et définitif (APS et APD), les études de projet (PRO), l'assistance pour la passation des marchés de travaux (ACT), les études d'exécution (EXE), la direction de l'exécution des marchés de travaux (DET), l'assistance aux opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement (AOR), ainsi que l'ordonnancement, le pilotage et la coordination du chantier (OPC). Toutes les études d'exécution seront confiées au maître d'oeuvre. L'élément de mission VISA est sans objet. Les études de diagnostic ne font pas partie de la présente mission ; elles font l'objet d'un marché distinct
