L'objet de la consultation est de réaliser la maîtrise d'oeuvre complète, à partir de l'étude projet et en intégrant comme mission complémentaire, l'élaboration des dossiers réglementaires pour le lot n°1. L'objet du lot n°2 est d'accompagner la maitrise d'ouvrage dans la consultation du public en vue du recueil des doléances sur les mesures d'accompagnement du projet et dans l'acceptation de celui-ci. L'objet du lot n°3 est d'accompagner la maitrise d'ouvrage dans les acquisitions foncières réaliser à l'amiable ou par voir d'expropriation et dans la réalisation des dossiers administratifs en lien avec le foncier (enquête parcellaire, déclaration d'utilité publique et servitude d'utilité publique)
