La Commune de Joigny souhaite confier à un opérateur spécialisé une concession d’aménagement portant sur la réalisation d’une opération de réhabilitation immobilière. La présente phase constitue une phase de candidature destinée à identifier les opérateurs disposant des capacités professionnelles, techniques et financières nécessaires pour assurer une opération d’aménagement complexe en centre ancien. Dans le cadre de la concession envisagée, l’aménageur aura notamment vocation à assurer : les acquisitions foncières nécessaires ; les études nécessaires à la réalisation de l’opération ; les opérations de démolition nécessaires ; les travaux de réhabilitation ; la livraison de plateaux de logements et de commerces ; la commercialisation, la cession ou la location des biens réalisés
