La présente consultation a pour objet la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à la construction d'environ 20 logements au 27 rue du Poitou à Montrouge, sur une parcelle aujourd'hui non bâtie s'inscrivant dans une discontinuité du front bâti, à proximité immédiate de la résidence sociale Aximo existante. Selon le planning prévisionnel la mission débutera en juillet 2027. Les attentes de Paris Habitat sur ce projet sont les suivantes : Assurer une bonne insertion architecturale, dans le respect des contraintes réglementaires du site, Proposer des logements présentant une grande qualité d'usage sur une parcelle contrainte (orientation, éclairement, distribution…), Mener un projet développant une efficience environnementale (propositions éco-responsables et bas carbone)
