Details

L'accord-cadre a pour objet des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour les travaux d'aménagement de voirie sur le territoire de la Ville de La Teste-de-Buch. Le présent marché est multi-attributaires. Le marché est passé avec trois (3) titulaires distincts (opérateur économique unique ou un groupement d'opérateurs économiques). Il prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents comme prévu aux articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-7 à R2162-12 du code de la commande publique. Les marchés subséquents conclus sur la base du présent accord-cadre seront traités à prix forfaitaire. L'accord-cadre est passé dans la limite de 450 000 euros H.T./an maximum. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'exécution d'un (1) an à compter de la date de réception de la notification par le titulaire. Il est renouvelable par tacite reconduction et par période de douze mois. La durée totale de l'accord-cadre (période initiale et reconductions) ne pouvant excéder quatre (4) ans.
