ВІЙСЬКОВА ЧАСТИНА 3029 НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ invites bids for Акумулятори для FPV дронів (Акумуляторна батарея 6S1P, 66000 mAh для БПЛА Vampire).

Відповідно до постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 №178 «Деякі питання обкладання податком на подану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» та підпункту «г», підпункту 195.1.2 статті 195 Податкового кодексу України, ставка податку на додану вартість застосовується у розмірі 0%.

Місце постачання Товару: м. Запоріжжя, Запорізька обл., в т. ч. населені пункти, які межують з прифронтовою зоною.

Кінцевий термін поставки Товару складає 30 днів з моменту укладання Договору, але не пізніше ніж 30.10.2026

Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Замовником протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання товару та належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних Постачальника назамовлений Товар. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за належним чином поставлений та прийнятий Товар здійснюється протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з наступного дня після отримання Замовником призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
