PROCÉDURE OUVERTE Approvisionnement Fourniture et chargement de granulats et de béton bitumineux (asphalte) pour l’année 2027 N o AOP-2026-05-A-TP La Municipalité de Sainte-Sophie demande des soumissions pour la fourniture et le chargement de divers granulats et de béton bitumineux (asphalte) pour l’année 2027. Le soumissionnaire doit disposer d’un site de chargement situé à au plus 20 km de l’atelier municipal, lequel est situé au 1121, montée Morel à Sainte-Sophie, Québec, J5J 2S1. Le soumissionnaire doit avoir un établissement au Québec ou dans l’un des territoires visés par les accords applicables. Toute modification par addenda à ces documents ne pourra être obtenue que par l’intermédiaire du SÉAO. Elles doivent être reçues avant dix heures (10 h 00) , heure locale, le 21 novembre 2026, à la réception de l’hôtel de ville de la Municipalité de Sainte-Sophie situé au 2199, boulevard Sainte-Sophie à Sainte‑Sophie, Québec, J5J 1A1,pour y être ouvertes publiquement au même endroit et le même jour à 10 h 00. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’elle juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
