Contract Period of Performance:

Item # one (1) Block # one (1), TA-06AB1-26, 60 Acres – All harvest operations including tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck and hauling shall be complete prior to 1 April 2028, final site rehabilitation activities of this item shall be complete by 1 April 2028. No tree cutting 1 April to 30 September. Temporary closeout of skid trails shall occur if equipment will be moved either offsite or to a different log deck or if a severe storm event generally exceeding two inches (2”) of liquid precipitation occurs or is anticipated to saturate soils. Item # two (2) Block # two (2), TA-06BA-26, 66 Acres – All harvest operations including tree felling, skidding, processing at the log deck and hauling shall be complete prior to 1 April 2028, final site rehabilitation activities of this item shall be complete by 1 April 2028. No tree cutting 1 April to 30 September.
