Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen Pehmopapereista sopimuskaudelle 1.10.2026 - 30.4.2028. Hankintasopimus voi jatkua kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla ajalle 1.5.2028 - 30.4.2029 ja 1.5.2029 - 30.4.2030. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Tavaran tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
