Details

Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue hankkii diabeettisen retinopatian seulontaan tarkoitetun silmänpohjakuvauspalvelun diabetesta sairastaville asiakkailleen. Palvelu tuotetaan tilaajan osoittamissa toimipisteissä niiden aukioloaikoina erikseen sovittavina kuvausjaksoina. Palvelun tavoitteena on toteuttaa kuvaukset laadukkaasti ja yhdenvertaisesti sekä tunnistaa jatkotutkimuksia ja hoitoa edellyttävät löydökset riittävän varhain. Palvelun tulee olla järjestetty siten, että Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen diabeetikoilla on kohtuullinen ja yhdenvertainen mahdollisuus käyttää palvelua. Palveluntuottaja vastaa kuvauslaitteistosta, henkilöstöstä ja palvelun käytännön toteutuksesta tämän palvelukuvauksen mukaisesti. Palvelukokonaisuus muodostuu mm. seuraavista vaiheista: • ajanvaraus ja asiakkaan kutsuminen • silmänpohjakuvaus palveluntuottajan laitteistolla • kuvien arviointi ja lausunto • jatkotoimenpidesuositus sekä kuvien ja lausuntojen toimittaminen sovittuihin järjestelmiin • toiminnan seuranta ja raportointi Tilaajalle
